Nóirín and Vincent have now over twenty gems on their list, including a new oatmeal brown bread. I love them all, having been their weekly customer in the Temple Bar Market for the last eight years or so. My waistline should be much larger than it is as a result, but the thing about good bread is you need less of it to be satisfied. Hence less butter, less jam, less – you get the idea.
