Who we are...

Nóirín and Vincent Kearney are a husband and wife team based at their craft bakery in Ferns Co. Wexford. Nóirín is the baker and keeper of recipes; Vincent is the bread and butter man – otherwise known as the manager.

Nóirín qualified from Dublin College of Catering and has worked in the hotel and restaurant trade both at home and abroad. She started her own bakery at her home in August 2000. The business grew naturally through word of mouth and requests to supply shops and markets.

Vincent had originally been helping out in the bakery while holding down another job. As the demands for the business grew it was inevitable that Vincent join the team to help meet the increasing popularity of their breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, and tarts.

Today we participate in numerous markets and supply select outlets around Dublin and Leinster in addition to running our own coffee shop in Gorey.
